2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class by Brabus
The world renowned performance tuner Brabus has announced an extensive tuning program to the all new Mercedes S-Class offering both appearance and performance upgrades. This upgraded Mercedes S-Class is expected to be making its debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor show. The tuned up Mercedes S-Class would be equipped with a sporty-elegant body conversion kit manufactured by the PUR plastics and carbon fiber in order to provide an optimal aerodynamic balance.
Mercedes S-Class tuned up by Brabus would feature a button on the steering wheel allowing the driver to operate in a discrete “Coming Home” mode or to enjoy a throaty exhaust note in the “Sport” mode which would in turn be controlled with butterfly valve for the new S500 and S63 AMG variants. It would also feature mirror polished Brabus Platinum Edition 19, 20 or 21 inch alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli, Continental or Yokohama tyres. Apart from this, the interiors would be equipped with innovative Brabus multimedia system, Brabus sill plates and majority parts enhanced by Alcantara upholstery or premium leather.
Coming to the technical specifications, the S-Class would be available in three variants i,e S500, B63 and B63S. The S500 would see a power output jump from 455 HP to 520 HP, at a maximum torque of 820 Nm limiting the top speed electronically to 250, 275 or 300 km/hr. The Brabus B63 – 650 PowerXtra CGI versions would produce a maximum power of 650 HP at a maximum torque of 1000 Nm. The Brabus B63S – 730 high-performance version, would provide a massive power of 730 HP at a maximum torque of 1065 Nm along with top speed electronically limited to 325 km/hr by the Brabus Vmax unit.
