Bajaj Auto which is one of the largest manufacturers of motorcycle in the Indian market is now ready to add one more motorcycle to its NS Series line-up. Spy shots of the upcoming Pulsar 150NS is already available over the web from some time. After having a glance at the recent spy shots, it is clear that the upcoming Pulsar 150NS would take plenty of styling cues from Bajaj’s flagship product 200NS.
Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS gets triple spark technology like Pulsar 200 NS
The company had planned to launch the Pulsar 150NS during this festive season but has postponed its plans and instead plans to launch end this-year or early next-year. Bajaj official speaking to the folks at BikeAdvice says that Pulsar 150NS may NOT be launched before the festive season, probably before Diwali. Furthermore said, if there was a time for real ‘Dhamaka’ this (festive season) was it and anything hereafter may not yield the same dividends as we expect from festive launches.
Bajaj Auto is likely to launch the Pulsar 150NS sometime after Diwali, thus, it’s expected to make way anytime around or after December or more specifically early next-year.
Agian rear suspension is a monoshock element as seen in the Pulsar 200 NS
Some of the features that 150NS would share with 200NS are headlamp design, mono suspension, under belly exhaust, speedometer console design and fuel tank. However the 150NS would miss out the split seat and will also continue to be available with same LED tail light setup found in the current-gen Pulsar 150.
Coming to the technical specifications, Pulsar 150NS would not get a fuel injection system but its engine is expected to get Bajaj’s Triple Spark Ignition technology with a minor power bump as well! Much more details related to the specifications of the upcoming 150NS are not yet available.
