Leaked 2021 Kia Picanto facelift images have appeared online.
The photos show that the new Picanto is likely to get revised headlights with four Daytime Running LED lights surrounding what seems to be a headlamp for the projector. The car has Kia’s ‘tiger nose’ grille and a dual-tone front bumper with large vents and silver inserts on both sides.
The 2021 Picanto is getting new LED tail lights at the rear, a revamped rear bumper and a chrome exhaust tip. The car runs on dual-tone alloy wheels and has an antenna shark-fin.
The Kia Picanto shares the Hyundai i10 platform. The car is sold on the foreign market with a 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder natural-aspirated petrol engine, a 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine and a 1.25-liter, 4-cylinder gasoline package. The 1.0-liter engines receive a 5-speed manual gearbox while the 1.25-liter model is available with an automatic 4-speed option.
The Kia Picanto was displayed at 2018 Auto Expo. Kia India currently has no plans to introduce this model in our country.
