BMW India has launched all-new third-generation 2020 BMW X6 in the country. The SUV is available in two versions: xDrive 40i xLine and xDrive40i M Sport. All versions are priced at Rs. 95.00 lakh (ex-showroom) each. It will be imported as a completely built unit (CBU) from Germany.
The all-new X6 sports a coupe-like body style with a sloping roof. The new model features a larger twin kidney grid flanked by twin-pod LED headlights and LED tail lights.
The 2020 BMW X6 xLine variant comes with an aluminum finish grille, xLine specific air inlets, gloss black side grids, exhaust tip with aluminum finish and air breather surround.
The2020 BMW X6 M Sport model comes with the M Aerodynamics package, which includes separate bumpers, side skirts and wheel arch trims. It includes M badges, blue brake calipers, M door sill finishers, M-specific pedals, M-specific car key and M Sport exhaust system.
On the inside, the 2020 X6 comes with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment header with iDrive Touch, Voice Control, Gesture Control, and Apple CarPlay compatibility.
Other features include rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlights, air-suspension, panoramic glass roof, 2.5-zone automatic climate control and rear view cameras. Features such as soft-close doors, 4-zone automatic climate control, BMW Laser Light, Stop & Go Active Cruise Control, heads-up display and Harman Kardon audio system are available.
The 2020 BMW X6 is powered by a 3.0-litre, 6-cylinder petrol engine that produces 335 BHP at 5,500-6,500 rpm and 450 Nm at 1,500-5,200 rpm. The engine is coupled to an 8-speed automatic transmission and comes with an all-wheel drive.
