SPIED: 2017 Hyundai Grand i10 facelift spotted during testing

It looks like Motor Vikatan spy photographers have been hard at work again. These are the first spyshots of the 2017 Hyundai Grand i10 facelift that has been spotted in Chennai – Bangalore highway.

Compared to the current model, the 2017 Grand i10 facelift is likely to get all-new front radiator grille with honeycomb mesh replacing the horizontal slats, and L-shaped LED Daytime Running Lamps. In side profile, turn indicators are moved from the ORVMs to the front fender, further a black stickers on the C-pillars are expected, and also note the new set of alloy wheels.

While the rear is expected to get a re-designed roof-mounted spoiler on top models and revised tail-lamps. However, the interior is likely to be carried over from the existing model with subtle changes including new colour and upholstery. Like the typical Hyundai cars expect the Grand i10 facelift to be feature-rich including the touchscreen system.

The engines will be carried over from the current model. Currently, the Grand i10 is available with a 1.2-litre Petrol and the 1.1-litre Diesel engine. According to the reports, the AMT version of Grand i10 will come along with the facelift of the model. The new model is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2017 to compete with the next-generation Maruti Swift which is slated for launch sometime next-year.
