Finally the time has come when Mahindra has showcased the revamped Mahindra Mojo 300 at the Auto Expo 2014. It was joined in by a Race version of the same. The Mojo 300 that was showcased at the Auto Expo is a bit different from the one showcased at Auto Expo 2012 and bike seems to have evolved a bit in this regard. It comes with a slightly revised front fascia and gets daytime running LEDs up front.
Mahindra Mojo 300 Race Version
It has a 292cc single cylinder motor that has a maximum power output of 26 BHP and a peak torque of 24 NM. The bike will be joined by a Race Version of the same which will come with a red and white paint scheme with racing decals. It will come in a slightly higher state of tune to go with the race version bloodline. Both of then will be launched by June this year.
Mahindra Centuro disc brake version
Another bike that might just make the headlines in future is the Centuro Disc brake version which gets the moniker O1-D. It will be propelled by the same 100cc MCi-5 motor that has a maximum power output of 8.5 BHP. It will return a mileage of 85.4 kmpl. It comes loaded to the gills with class leading features which include Anti Theft Alarm with Engine Immobilizer, disc brakes with tubeless tyres, remote flip key, Find Me lamps, guide lamps, digital instrument panel, distance-to-empty (DTE) indicator, service interval reminder and Economy Mode indicator.
Mahindra concept bikes – Scrambler and a Cafe Racer called jcMoto
These were joined in by a two Cafe racer concept bikes – Scrambler and a Cafe Racer called jcMoto and both were based on the Centuro. It has been customised by individual modification houses and Mahindra will be tying up with various modification houses to showcase that its products can be modified according to an individual’s needs and requirements.
