International Cars & Motors Limited (ICML) displayed three new vehicles at the 2012 Auto Expo in Delhi. The company which is famous for their tractors and the Qualis look-alike, the Rhino, showcased a new variant of the Rhino called the Extreme which will be available in six and nine-seater variants. They also displayed a commercial single cab pickup vehicle – Windy and a lifestyle double cab – Oyster. Both of these will have the 2.0-litre CRDI engine which is in the Rhino and which ICML is also going to supply to General Motors for its new Tavera Neo3 model.
“We have received a good interest from potential customers at our stall for all the three new products. The visitors are drawn towards the smart looks, exclusive features and capability of our new car segment. The pickup and double-cab come with complete package to cater to the mid & low end of customers and offers personal segment feel too,” International Cars & Motors Limited, director, Gaurav Saxena said.
According to a representative at the stall, the pickups are scheduled to come out by April 2012. ICML which has a vehicle manufacturing facility in Himachal Pradesh is currently eyeing the export market.
