TVS Motor Company has silently rolled-out a TVS Apache RTR 160 in a special matte blue paint job. The Apache RTR 160 will be available in this colour to drive more sales during this festive season.
The official website has not been updated with this new colour. It displays the existing range of 5 colours – Yellow, Grey, White, Red and Black. At the moment it is unclear, if this is the limited edition model or the new 6th colour on offer. Looking at the bike, there is no special stickers or any design changes making us believe that the matte blue might be the new 6th colour on offer.
The Apache RTR 160 is powered by a 159.7cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled engine, mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. This engine delivers a power output of 15.2 bhp at 8500 rpm. Its torque output of 13.1 Nm is usable at 4000 rpm. It can easily reach the top speed of 118kmph which is certainly better than others.
