BA readers know already that the XUV500 launch is scheduled for 28th of this month. Finally the time has arrived for Mahindra to unveil their new SUV in front of the world. Now just a few days before the launch company has released the first teaser ad of the XUV500.
The development team asserts that the vehicle has been inspired by the Cheetah, and that’s the animal the creative team has used to create some buzz around the vehicle.
Talking about the launch, Mahindra will first be launching XUV500 at their manufacturing unit in Chakan near Pune on the 28th September. Later on the 30th September, Mahindra will be launching the SUV in New Delhi, as a part of XUV500’s national launch. Mahindra will be revealing the price of XUV500 later on the 29th September at an event in Mumbai.
Refresher – Mahindra is expected to price XUV500 in the range of Rs 14 lakhs to Rs 17 lakhs. Powered by a new 2.2L CRDi engine, Mahindra XUV500 will generate a maximum power of 140 bhp and maximum torque of 326 Nm.
