Japanese car maker, Toyota India has just crossed the milestone of 4 lakh units of Innova sold in India, since 2005. To celebrate this occasion, Toyota India has launched a ‘chrome kit’ for the Innova in the Indian market. The Chrome Edition of the Innova seems to be playing on the fact that many Indian car buyers love plenty of chrome elements on their cars.
The Chrome Edition accessory pack include –
- Chrome garnish on front grille
- Chrome Wheel Arch Moulding
- Chrome door handle
- Bumper corner protectors with chrome insert
- Hatch lid with chrome tipping
- Chromed muffler cutter
- Chrome surround for turn indicator
- Chrome inserts on wing mirrors
This kit is available with both petrol and diesel engines. But it is specifically designed for the mid GX trims, at a premium of Rs 31,000. Some elements of the chrome accessory kit can also be fitted to the top-end VX variants of the Innova. The chrome kit will be sold as an accessory pack at Toyota dealers across the country.
