The facelifted Indica Vista has been spied again, just ahead of its launch on the 22nd of this month. Thanks to Autocar India reader Raghul Sivaguru, for the snapped up images of a facelifted Tata Indica Vista. It is now three years since the Tata Indica Vista was launched in India, that Tata Motors has finally decided to give its upmarket hatchback a makeover.
The refreshed Vista gets a Manza-like front fascia; this includes the reworked front bumper, all-new chrome grille, and new double-barrel headlamps. The rear styling tweaks include redesigned tail-lamps, and a new tailgate appliqué in black that houses the Tata Logo. There will be additional colour options as well.
On the Inside, the new Vista gets new dashboard, steering mounted audio controls etc. The dashboard, AC vents placement etc. has hall been upgraded to Manza Style. Also evident from the spyshot are steering mounted controls making it onto the Indica Vista’s facelift.
The variant names to see a change on the facelifted Indica Vista with LX, VX and ZX instead of Terra, Aqua and Aura. As seen in the car in the spy picture, this has a VX badge on its rear hatch. The top-of-the-line model will be called the ZX, and it will have steering mounted audio controls, power mirrors, 14-inch dual tone alloy wheels (also seen in the Manza), and additional chrome bits on the exterior. The new Indica Vista will get a slight price hike.
Refresher – Engine options however are set to remain the same. The Indica Vista comes with a 1.2-litre 64bhp and 1.4-litre 88bhp petrol with VVT the 1.3-litre 74bhp common rail diesel motor.
