Mahindra’s first motorcycle, Stallio suffered a serious setback due to gearbox issues it was discontinued from the market and at present there are 5000+ Stallios plying on roads in India. The company re-launching 110cc Stallio was news since a last-year and recently during the launch of Rodeo RZ, Mahindra officials revealed they are planning to launch the newer version of Stallio very soon. Now our good friend at BikeAdvice, has managed to snap the spy pics of the upcoming Stallio 110cc bike.
From the images, it is evident that the new Stallio is same as the outgoing model while the bike features new graphics with a more pronounced Mahindra logo on the tank. And also the new ‘110’ badge at rear panels have made their way on to the new Stallio. Like the previous variant that was pulled out of the market, the newer version features similar front-fascia, 5-spoke alloys, MRF tyres and all-digital instrument cluster. However, the major change is in the engine to sort the gearbox issues.
The company want to leave no stone unturned and there is news that this vehicle is going through rigorous testing. Mahindra doesn’t want to repeat the mistake in the second innings and make mockery of itself again, therefore only after completing the final-testing by the company the green signal will be given. Meanwhile, we can expect the newer version of Stallio to be launched sometime around Diwali this-year.
