The Italian sports car manufacturer, Ferrari has requested the filmmakers for a special screening, before the movie released on 15 June. The company is quite cautious regarding its brand image and would not want it to get spoiled due to anything. Interestingly a Bollywood film is also being made using the brand’s name, this film is called ‘Ferrari ki Sawaari’.
And when the folks at Ferrari production house, heard about the soon-to-be-releasing Bollywood movie, they immediately contacted the makers of the film (Vidhu Vinod Chopra productions) and requested for a special screening of the film. The brand is conscious about its image and apparently the company wants to make sure that it is illustrated in the right manner.
Officials at Ferrari made clear that if the company name is defamed or misrepresented in any manner then the Italian car maker will take stern action against the production house. On this note the Director, Rajesh Mapuskar, commented that ‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari’ promises to be an outright entertainer and we pray that that this Bollywood outright entertainer goes down well with the folks at Ferrari.
