Mercedes, A German manufacturing company was founded in the year 1926. Diamler Dieter Zetsche announced that the all-new Mercedes C-Class will be revealed in the coming year 2014. This car is designed on the basis of the all-new Mercedes RWD Architecture. Mercedes is a company which uses Alphabetic nomenclature to name its cars i,e ‘ C Class ‘ which indicates that it comes under the category of saloon cars.
The traditional C-Class is in existence since 1993. However it has entered into third-generation since 2007 with a recent facelift in 2010. The new C-Class has been lengthened and widened by 100mm and 40mm respectively. This car has been caught a number of times on testing however there are no actual spy shots available of the actual car. The company has also started making modification to the manufacturing plants in Germany, China, South Africa, US etc in order to accumulate this new model.
In the International Level, this car is available in four trims whereas in India its available in 5 lines such as Executive, Elegance, Avantgarde and AMG design and equipment lines. This car is powered by a 4-cylinder V6 engine which is vertically mounted along with 7G-TRONIC 7-speed Automatic transmission , Parking assist, ATTENTION assist, Intelligent Light System, THERMATIC 2-zone automatic climate control with its ex-showroom prices ranging Rs 26 lakhs onwards. It catches 0-100 kmph in 4.8 seconds with a top speed of 230 kmph.
