Renault India Pvt. Ltd. on 25th March, 2014 launched the New Renault Fluence. The New Renault Fluence – with all new styling – offers a premium package of refreshing and fluid design, comfortable and roomy interiors, tech-savvy features and a high performance engine.
The New Renault Fluence features a sporty and progressive design inspired by Renault’s new Brand identity. The vehicle’s powerful and efficient dCi engine is developed with technology distilled from the phenomenally successful Renault engines in Formula One racing. The New Renault Fluence also provides entertainment features such as a 3D sound system with eight speakers, Driver-aid technologies like automatic headlamps and rain sensing wipers for an easy and enjoyable drive.

The front-end design makes a powerful statement of Renault’s new brand identity with the new front grille that sports the bold Renault logo. The car’s LED daytime running lights and projector headlamps further exude the overall sporty appeal.
The interior is more modern, including digital instrumentation cluster, high-quality leather upholstery, dual-zone regulated air conditioning, rear sun blinds, 3D surround sound technology by Arkamys® and chrome controls, contributing to a luxurious and superbly crafted cabin.

Featuring Renault’s award-winning K9K engine, the New Renault Fluence offers a comfortable, responsive and flexible drive. Mated to a potent 6-speed manual gearbox, the powerful dCi 110 diesel engine packed with 240 Nm of torque not only delivers superb acceleration but also a tremendously economical fuel efficiency figure of 20.4 KM/ltr (ARAI certified).

ON-BOARD CONNECTED TECHNOLOGIES AND INNOVATIONS
The new Renault Fluence comes with numerous driver-aid technologies – smart access card with remote central locking, engine start/stop button, front and rear parking sensors as well as, automatic headlamps and wipers which have become essential equipment for city motorists. From the basic equipment level up, all versions are ‘connected’; thanks to the availability of new Bluetooth® radios equipped with USB and Aux-in jack sockets.
The vehicle also offers a host of passive and active safety features, including front & side airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brake force distribution (EBD) and Brake assist. The vehicle’s electronic stability programme (ESP) with anti-skid regulation and understeering control function ensures vehicle stability, especially under challenging road conditions. Other features in the New Renault Fluence include cruise control, steering audio controls, hands free telephony, rear AC vents.
The new Fluence will be offered with the Renault Complete Care Package that includes 2+2 year or 80,000 km warranty, 4 Year road-side assistance along with a promise and commitment to provide complete support and convenience.
The New Renault Fluence will be available at Renault dealerships across the country at a starting price of 13.99 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
