Maserati India Launch by this April

Italian luxury sports car brand Maserati a part of the Fiat group will make its debut in India in April, challenging the Lamborghinis, Bugattis, Ferraris and Porsches. With the increase in number of millionaires and expensive cars, Luxury auto makers want to cash on the growing Indian market. Recently Ferrari also announced its entry in India.

Maserati manufacturers all its cars at its Modena facility in Italy and exports it to 57 countries throughout the world. The cars will come as CBU’s in India and will allow the owner to customise to suit its taste. Maserati will launch all the models in India. Its two-seater GranCabrio for Rs. 5 crore, Quattroporte sedan at Rs. 3 crore while the top-end sporty GranTurismo Coupe at Rs. 4.7 crore. In India current Maserati cars owners include Anil Ambani, Ratan Tata, Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgan and Vijay Mallaya.
