India’s largest utility car manufacturer, Mahindra launches the Mobile Seva, a new type of service center for their customers in the southern states of India. This campaign features to provide door step service solution for its 3-wheelers and other commercial vehicles.. With ‘Mobile Seva’, customers from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, can now avail servicing and spare parts of their vehicles at doorstep. This initiative will also be launched across PAN India by phase by phase manner. This will be one of the first of its kind campaign in the commercial vehicle segment. Being a major market for commercial vehicles, 30 of these mobile service vans are currently commissioned in the southern states.
Mahindra ‘Mobile Seva’ will be operated by official M&M dealers from the region and will ply on the same route daily. This new strategy will help Mahindra to offer better after sales servicing. People today find it difficult to take their cars for servicing. In order to help such people, Mahindra’s new initiative ‘Mobile Seva’ comes off as a pleasant new beginning.
