Land Rover has planned to introduce RS variants of Range Rover Sport and Range Rover Evoque. Although currently Jaguar was reserved to modify these two cars, Range Rover has now planned to add few products to these models out of which Evoque would be the first one to get modified. The RS variant of Range Rover Evoque is expected to be launched by the end of this year, whereas the Range Rover Sport would be introduced sometime next-year. These two RS variants would be placed above the existing variants and would also come with a RS badging.

The RS variant of Range Rover Evoque would be powered with the same 2.0-litre turbocharged engine with an increased maximum output of 300 BHP. It would also feature new enhanced suspension, larger wheels, new front bumpers, new skid plates and larger air intakes.

Coming to RS variant of Range Rover Sport, this new model was already spotted testing in Nurburgring. It would be powered with a supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine which produces a maximum power of 542 BHP over the currently offered Range Rover Sport which produces a power of 510 BHP. Apart from this, it would cover the 0-100 kmph sprint in just 4.5 seconds.
