Honda’s latest offering the X-blade 160, made its debut at the 2018 Auto Expo. It is expected to go-on floors in March-2018. This was for the first time, we got a glimpse of Honda’s new performance bike.
The X-blade 160 has an attractive design, with the “Transformer” inspired LED head lamp being the high light. Features include split graphics rails, alloy wheels, front disc brakes and a fully digital Instrument console. There have been no appropriate reports on its engine and specifications.
We can expect the X-blade 160 to arrive with a 162.7cc air cooled, single-cylinder HET (Honda Economic Technology) engine. This engine is capable of producing 13.93 BHP of power and 13.9 Nm of torque. It will come mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
Honda will offer the X-blade in 5 colour schemes namely Matte Marvel, Blue Metallic, Matte Frozen Silver Metallic, Pearl Igneous black, Pearl Spartan red and Martial Green Metallic. It is expected to come a price of about Rs. 80,000-85,0000. Rivals include FZ-S V-2.0 and the Suzuki Gixxer.
