Honda Cars India has introduced the Amaze CNG in India, the new variant with bi-fuel option of Petrol/ CNG is being offered in the market to meet the needs of customers who are looking for an alternate fuel vehicle with high performance and low running cost.
The Amaze 1.2 S MT Plus variant is specially tuned for CNG compatibility.
The CNG version of the Amaze is powered by a 1.2-litre SOHC i-VTEC engine that runs on both petrol and CNG. The company-approved CNG kit will be installed on the 1.2 S MT Plus (1.2 i-VTEC engine) at Honda Dealerships located in cities where CNG fuel is available in the country.
This CNG ready variant of Amaze has been specially tuned during production for CNG compatibility by way of optimizing the suspension, application of CNG specific engine components & specially prepared wiring harnesses to ensure high level of quality. The new variant will come with a 2-year warranty as standard value for all buyers.
The new variant is named the Amaze 1.2 S MT Plus is priced at Rs. 599,585 (ex-showroom Delhi) and Amaze CNG kit including installation for Rs 54,315.
