To provide effective driving in heavy traffic conditions the new Ford Fiesta AT has the features of hill hold and creep functions. Although this type of dual clutch gearboxes are fitted in all the sedans in the international market, however in the Indian market it will be for the first time that a C segment sedan will be coming with such an automatic gearbox.

However the diesel variant of the Ford Fiesta will be continued with a 5 speed manual gearbox. Further to make the car more attractive, it is being offered in Paprika red colour. The company is claiming a very impressive mileage of 16.45 kmpl which is even better than the petrol variant with manual gearbox. The new Ti-VCT petrol engine will provide a maximum power of 110 Bhp and a maximum torque of 140 Nm. It will be tuned similar to the manual variant.

Watch out this space for the price update of the Fiesta autobox. Having said that, Ford India may go with the option of launching 2 different versions of the new Ford Fiesta AT in order to cover and attract a larger section of customers.
