Car rental company Carzonrent India has launched a free mobile application that will enable convenient booking of Easycabs via mobile phones. EasyCabs provides cab service for customers in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru and has 2500 cabs. Customers can also create and manage their profiles, reserve the cab, tag frequently travelled locations as favourites, view history of your last reservations, modify and even-cancel reservations. Commuters who book the cab through this mobile application will also be exempted from any kind of convenience charge.
The EasyCab app is available for various smartphones like Blackberry, iPhone, Android and Symbian for free. There is also mobile website that is designed for low-end Java phones that works on browser without JavaScript and on low-bandwidth connections. New features such as GPS tracking to track their cab after booking and live traffic information would be available in future.
