After a decade, the popular Santro hatchback made a comeback in 2018. Now Hyundai is celebrating its first birthday and what’s better opportunity than this fruitful festive season. The Santro Anniversary Edition includes cosmetic updates based on the mid-spec variant of Sportz.
The anniversary edition of Hyundai Santro is priced at around Rs. 10,000/-more than the regular Sportz variant. It is available in both gearbox options – MT and AMT. The Santro Anniversary Edition Sportz MT is priced at Rs. 5.12 lakhs and the AMT version at Rs. 5.75 lakhs (all costs, ex-showroom, Delhi).
The exterior changes include gunmetal gray wheels caps, black ORVMs, black door handles, side body moulding, glossy black roof rails, chrome strips on the boot, and Anniversary Edition badges.
The special edition’s interiors come with a sporty all-black paint scheme along with blue accents. Mechanicals remained unchanged. It is powered by a 1.1-liter 4-cylinder gasoline engine that produces a torque of 69 HP and 99 Nm.
The anniversary edition only comes in two color options – Polar White and Aqua Teal. This festive season, the new special edition could draw more customers.
