Mahindra & Mahindra has recently launched 2 all-new commercial vehicles, the Mahindra Supro Maxitruck and Mahindra Supro Van. They are positioned just above the Maxximo Plus and Maxximo Van respectively, and both the body types are offered in three variants – T2, T4 and T6. The Supro twins will be built at Mahindra’s Chakan plant, near Pune.
Additionally, Mahindra Supro Maxitruck and Supro 8-seater van get a 2 year / 60,000 km standard warranty.
Mahindra Supro Maxi Truck
The Maxi Truck is positioned right between the Tata Ace and the Tata Ace Mega with prices starting at Rs 4.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Thane) for the BS III version. A total of 3 colours are on offer – Metallic Red, Diamond White and Deep Warm Blue.
Feature-wise, the Maxi Truck gets air-conditioning, electronic power steering, bottle holder and a mobile charging point. It has beige interiors with black inserts. The truck has a 1,000 kg payload capacity and a 41 sq.ft. cargo box.
Powered by a 909 cc Turbocharged diesel engine producing 45 HP / 98 Nm mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. It has a max speed of 95 kmph and delivers 22.4 kmpl.
Mahindra Supro Maxitruck BS-III price (ex-showroom Thane):
- T2 – INR 4.25 lakhs
- T4 – INR 4.45 lakhs
- T6 – INR 4.75 lakhs

Mahindra Supro Van
The Supro Van, targeted as a people-carrier or a personal vehicle for large semi-urban families, is an 8-seater van measuring 3,798 mm in length, 1,540 in width and 1,922 in height. This vehicle goes up against the Maruti Omni and Eeco.
Feature-wise, the Supro van features dual tone interiors, power steering, air-conditioning, bottle holder and a mobile charging socket. It comes in 3 colours – Metallic Lake Side Brown, Deep Warm Blue and Diamond White.
Intact with its Supro truck, the Supro Van too is powered by the same 909 cc turbocharged diesel engine as the Supro Maxi Truck. Power / torque figures remain identical at 45 HP and 98 Nm, paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Even though its top speed remains the same at 95 kmph, it’s even more fuel efficient than the truck at 23.5 kmpl.

- LX – INR 4.38 lakhs (8-seater)
- VX – INR 4.63 lakhs (5- or 8-seater)
- ZX – INR 4.93 lakhs (5-seater)
