SPYSHOTS: 2020 BMW 7-Series (facelift) leaked ahead of debut

Thanks to Russian Instagram user, we now have our first look at the soon-to-be-unveiled 2020 BMW 7-Series (facelift). Although his post has been removed shortly after being uploaded, multiple the reposts, such as the one below, ensure it is not lost.

The production face of the 2020 BMW 7-Series (facelift) is consistent with the styling cues of the Vision Future Luxury Concept the automaker introduced back in 2014.

The leaked images show that the 7’s styling has been brought in-line with the latest BMW family design cues that includes a enlarged pair of kidney grilles that brings the ‘face’ in line with those of the more recently introduced models such as the G05 X5 and the G07 X7, one which rather dominates the car’s frontal look.

As for those blue headlights, they suggest the updated 7-Series will use BMW Laserlight technology for its main beams. The final change revealed from spyshots is the lower bumper, which looks to have a variation on the wheel breathers seen on the new 3-Series. These are designed to help smooth the airflow around the front of the car.

Expect the facelifted BMW 7-Series to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March this-year, with an India launch likely to follow.
