The German automaker, BMW has revealed refreshed a newly updated 3-Series GT in India, priced from Rs. 43.30 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). The facelifted 3-Series GT is offered in two trims – Luxury Line and Sports Line.
As seen in the pictures, the 2017 3-Series GT gains a solid list of minor updates, including a full LED headlamps offering both high and low beams and LED tail lamps. The headlamp setup gets camera-based adaptive assistance system that automatically redirects the light beam away from oncoming traffic. It is further equipped with Adaptive Cornering lights and High-beam Assistant system that optimizes road illumination in all conditions.
Further receives re-designed bumpers at the front and rear. On the sides, the biggest change is the new set of 17-inch alloy wheels. On the inside, the facelifted 3-Series GT gets a host of controls and colors along with leather trims. It gets a new LCD color display for HVAC system, new switchgear and a state of the art interface for infotainment system. It also gets launch control and steering mounted paddle shifts as standard while the Sports+ mode is also available in the Luxury Line variant.
The variants of 320d are energized with 2.0-litre four cylinder diesel engine offering 188 hp and 400 Nm torque, it sprints from 0-100 KMPH in 7.7 seconds. The 3-Series GT 330i variant features a new 2.0-litre petrol engine with the 2016 3 Series GT, which is good for 248 BHP and 350 Nm of torque. The petrol GT can do the 0-100 KMPH sprint in 6.1 seconds and is available only in the Luxury Line variant. All variants are mounted with an 8-speed Steptronic automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.
