German car-maker, Audi has launched the 2017 Audi Q3 in India with prices starting from Rs 34.2 lakh. Visually, the car remains identical to the current model; this update brings in new features and new engine options.
The updated Q3 for 2017 model year is available with two engine options – all-wheel drive or front-wheel drive. The older front-wheel-drive 2.0 TDI produced 140 BHP and 320 Nm while the updated one now develops 150hp and 340Nm of torque – up 10 BHP and 20 Nm – from the 2.0-litre diesel engine that’s also paired with a seven-speed automatic gearbox.
The new 2.0 TDI quattro engine produces a maximum power of 184 BHP – a bump up in power of about 4 percent, previous model used to churn-out 177 BHP. Torque output remains unchanged though and the motor continues to be paired with a seven-speed automatic gearbox and achieves 0-100 in just 7.9 seconds.
