Is Volkswagen preparing for the launch of the Volkswagen Jetta facelift in India? Our good friends at MotorBeam has snapped the firstever spy pictures of the 2015 Volkswagen Jetta facelift spotted on the Mumbai-Pune expressway without any camouflage doing trail-run.
In India, 2015 VW Jetta facelift is expected to be launched by mid-2015.
Changes to the exterior are minimal, this includes a new front grille, bi-Xenon headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights and chrome inserts, redesigned front bumper with larger air dam, new fog lamps, new rear bumper, bootlid and restyled tail lamp clusters with LEDs, more Audi A4-like rear lights.
Interiors of the 2015 Jetta includes some changes as well which gets a new 3-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, reworked instrument cluster, new touchscreen infotainment system and piano black finish. Change in engine blocks is quite unlikely, same 1.4-litre TSI unit and a 2.0-litre diesel mill would continue duty. However, could get higher power and torque outputs in line with the updates, as the car has received in other markets.
