The German Company BMW is currently working on the X4 crossover, I3 Electric car and a 1 series based MPV pipeline to be launched in the coming years. With these launches in pipeline, BMW is all set to make a public debut of its X5 (F15) at the Frankfurt Motor Show later this year.
The all new third generation BMW X5 is featured with the all new styling along with some of the detailing obtained from their previous range of SUVs. The all new 2014 BMW X5 comes with a set of sporty headlights which has already been equipped in the 3 series along with air vents on the front bumper inherited from the BMW 4 series Coupe concept.
The 2014 BMW X5 M Sport features M-aerodynamic body kit, shadowline trim, high gloss roof rails, 19 inch M-Double spoke light allow wheels ( with an option to upgrade to 20 inch as well), M-sport steering wheel, anthracite headliner, sport seats, M Sport inspired foot rests and door sills. Along with this, it also features BMW xDrive 4 wheel drive system, start-stop feature and brake energy regeneration system as the part of standard package.
Coming to the technical specifications, 2014 BMW X5 M Sport is powered with a 4.4-litre V8 engine which produces a maximum power of 445HP at 5500-6000 RPM and a maximum torque of 480 lb-feet at 2000-4500 RPM. It covers 0-96 kmph in just 4.9 seconds.
