The car is none other than refreshed version of Mahindra Verito sedan.

Although not confirmed officially, the latest information bombarding on the internet suggest the new Verito will be launched on the 25th July. The reason behind the scheduling the launch earlier than expected is that the current car sales situation is grim but every new car launched is selling like hot cakes. It has been proved with Ertiga and recently with the Duster.

Meanwhile, if reports are to be believed, it seems utility car manufacturer has finished testing of the vehicle and is currently shooting the TV commercial of the car, which will again feature Mr. Verito man bollywood actor Jimmy Shergill in it.
