Firstever snaps of production Jaguar F-Type released

Jaguar F-Type

Jaguar has dropped the first image of the new F-TYPE roadster before its official debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. As you can see, the production F-Type will look very much like the C-X16 Concept that debuted at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, minus that car’s fixed hardtop.

The new Jaguar F-TYPE will debut as a convertible and will be followed by a coupe later down the line. The engine line-up will consist of a 335-hp and a 374-hp version of the brand’s new 3.0 liter supercharged V6. The third engine will be a new version of the 5.0 liter supercharged V8.

Expect to see a bunch of high-res photos and details later down the line.
