Although the Maruti SX4 is available for a long time, it has not been able to make a vast name in the sedan class either in its technical specifications rather in its exterior and interior looks. Due to this , the company has not obtained decent sales of this sedan compared to other cars of its segment. In order to overcome this Maruti has set to make slight modifications to exteriors of the sedan rather we can say it as a facelift.
From the images, the changes seen are new stylish front-chrome grille, new front and rear bumpers, fresh version of the headlights and the new taillamps too expected to give a new sedan looks. The interiors remains the same with a mixture of black and beige (dual tone) colors.
There are also reports stating a new Garmin GPS navigation device has been installed in the higher end versions of this car. Also changes in audio system is expected in the new launch. Coming to the technical specifications, the SX4 would continue to have PS 1.6-litre VVT petrol and 1.3-litre 90 PS DDIS diesel engine underhood.
