Spy photographers found themselves very lucky earlier this week when they managed to click images of next gen BMW 7 Series or a facelift variant of current 7 Series luxury sedan. Lucky because the 7 Series in question here was completely naked, as in had no camouflage whatsoever.
Though the face lift is supposed to be minor, one can make out alterations to the bumper and headlights which have a more angular style with additional use of LED. Tail lights too are altered ever so slightly. The instrument panel in its interiors is given an overhaul but it is the technical changes that need to be specified.
BMW 7 Series facelift will have a six speed automatic gearbox with ZF eight speed transmission and engines too will be overhauled to ensure additional efficiency. This new offering from BMW would be seen at the upcoming Geneva Auto Show from March 8 to 18, 2012.
