Toyota India is upgrading its entire range and has recently Fortuner and Camry facelifts are spotted at different place across India. Now thanks to our good friends at IndianAutosBlog for the first ever snaps Toyota Innova facelift, which has been spotted in Bangalore doing the trail-run with minimum camouflage. It has already been launched in Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia and now the same is awaited in India.
From the spy pictures the no surprise a number of important changes were noticed in the rear profile. The current Innova’s stop light is split into two parts (red and transparent) compared to the three part tail lamp on the facelift. The rear bumper has been tweaked at the bottom. Chrome inset above the number plate has been restyled.
The makeover to front-fascia with a more upright grille that comes flanked by new headlights that is now stretch over the fenders. A small upward price revision is likely to accompany this new launch with the same 2.5-litre diesel motor coupled to a 5 speed manual transmission with no technical changes nderhood. It is expected to be showcased at the upcoming 2012 Indian Auto Expo following a launch in the country.
