India will be the first market to receive MissionL concept based sedan, which was unveiled at the ongoing Frankfurt Motor Show. Now the Skoda C-segment sedan was spotted in Mumbai by Overdrive Editor Sirish Chandran. Looking at the snap Indian version of MissionL will be a no frill sedan aimed to compete with Suzuki SX4, Ford Fiesta, Honda City and its sibling VW Vento.
Skoda’s new C-Segment sedan will have a Fabia inspired nose and VW Vento inspired rear. Skoda will source 1.6ltr diesel and petrol power plants from VW. Skoda is expected to price this sedan in the range of Rs.7-9lakhs.
