Royal Enfield electra

After the launch of Classic 350 & Classic 500, Royal Enfield India has launched the Electra Twinspark to meet the regulations. With the introduction of the Electra Twinspark, Royal Enfield has taken another step towards modernising its range of motorcycles with the UCE family of engines.

The Electra Twinspark features a 346cc engine which generates maximum power of 19.8 bhp at 5250 rpm with maximum torque of 28 Nm at 4000 rpm. Royal Enfield claims that the UCE construction gives the Electra Twinspark less moving parts, less transmission loss and less maintenance issues. Royal Enfield Twinspark comes with contemporary features like electric start and 280mm Disc brake at the front with internal expanding drum brake at the rear. Additionally, the EFI engine is married to a 5-speed gearbox. Royal Enfield has dumped the traditional carburetor for a modern electronic fuel injection system on the new bike so as to facilitate better air-fuel mixture optimization, smoother operation, better power delivery over a wide range of altitudes, and cleaner emissions. Electra Twinspark is capable of hitting a top speed of 120 kmph.

The Electra now comes packed with the power and reliability of Royal Enfields latest Twinspark UCE engine. Along with the UCE engine come the double  benefits of more power , and better fuel economy, more reliability and lesser maintenance. In terms of styling the latest Electra still keeps it simple following the lines of the traditional Bullet but still adding its unmistakably distinctive style to it. Everybody still makes way for the Electra Twinspark.

According to RL Ravichandran, CEO, Royal Enfield Motorcycles, “It has been our aim to encourage riding as a lifestyle. The Electra Twinspark, with its performance and comfort coupled to the characteristic Royal Enfield styling is guaranteed to kindle wanderlust in our customers.”

    PLEASE SUGGEST & THANK YOU.

  • Royal Enfield Classic 350 fuses old charm with modern retro lines along with a twin-spark 350cc engine. This is most refined bike in the Bullet stable only after Classic 500. It lacks the quality and maintenance. After all there is no options, as there is no alternative to an Enfield but an Enfield itself!

This is what will happen as prospective customers will be put off by the huge waiting period. Royal Enfield is plain foolish to behave like this in a free market. At this rate, they’ll fall hard now by the entry’s of affordable 250s into the Indian market.

We recommend to visit http://www.royalenfield.com and book a test ride.
