We’ve already heard rumors of an Audi TT-RS Plus, but new details are starting to emerge about the mysterious model.
According to Automobile France, the updated TT will launch sometime next year with more powerful engines. Sources suggest the upgraded 2.5-liter engine that develops 380 PS (283 kW / 385 hp). Additionally, the rear seats will be removed as part of a weight saving measure that will make the car 60 kg (132 kg) lighter than the standard model.
Besides the reduced weight and added performance, we can expect unique alloy wheels and a fixed rear wing. Styling changes will likely be minor, so expected restyled headlights and modest tweaks to the fascias.
