Maruti Suzuki is making continuous efforts to put-up Ritz into a decent sale, with a limited edition model called the Maruti Ritz Elate. The Ritz Elate is available only in the VXi & VDi trims and comes with updates to its interiors and exteriors, although the prices are not revealed we expect it to cost INR 20,000 – 30,000 more than the regular Ritz VXi/VDi.
Maruti Ritz Elate Limited Edition – ExteriorView
The Ritz Elate limited edition is being offered only for a limited period and will receive a total of 12 new features. No new color option available on the limited edition, except a sticker-job in terms of outside tweaks and some additional features inside the cabin. The additional 12 new features are listed below, as follows;
- 2-DIN music system with speakers
- Seat covers
- Bluetooth stereo and telephony kit
- Reverse parking sensors
- Body graphics
- Door visors
- Floor mats
- Multipurpose bag
- Ambient lighting
- Neck cushions
- Steering wheel cover
- Mud flaps
Maruti Ritz Elate Limited Edition – InteriorView
Maruti has not made any mechanical changes to the Ritz Elate. These comprise a 1.2-litre K Series VVT engine offering 87 PS peak power at 6000 rpm and 114 Nm peak torque at 4000 rpm. A 1.3-litre DDiS engine producing 75 PS peak power at 4000 rpm and 190 Nm peak torque at 2000 rpm is also offered with both engine options mated to 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmissions.
