Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL), the country’s second largest car manufacturer and the largest passenger car exporter, yesterday (12-March-2013) announced the launch of its newly redesigned corporate website (www.hyundai.co.in) with an aim to enhance the relationship, experience and reach with the customers.
The enhanced website leverages the innovative features and functionality and adapts to different applications offering visitors an optimal browsing experience. Visitors can easily navigate through the main page to find the detailed information about the company. A main navigation window on the home page provides users a quick snapshot of the product categories and with the click of a single link, the improved selection process takes over.
On the launch of the new website Mr. Nalin Kapoor Senior General Manager and Group Head, Marketing, HMIL said, “The new website offers several notable enhancements and wide selection of services over the previous site. Our objective is to make the new website more engaging and user-friendly. We have developed a set of new tools and features to help customers make informed decisions about our products and offerings. Through Modern Premium brand imagery we aim to provide new innovations, experiences and values beyond customer’s expectations.”
The new website has been categorized into three main sections namely Showroom, Shopping and Service for providing one-stop shop information and improvised services to the customers. The website will allow an interactive approach and integration of content with social media plug-in like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest.
The new website will offer seamless personalised user engagement tools like Build your own, Payment estimator, Compare cars etc. This new initiative from HMIL will streamline and enhance the pre and post online sales and service experience for the customers.
