Honda is continuously updating its existing models as well as introducing the new ones to the market since consumers always like to buy a vehicle which has more features, new technologies and which is affordable in price. In the Chinese market, Honda has officially unveiled a compact SUV named XR-V at the ongoing 17th Chengdu Motor Show. The new XR-V unveiled is nothing but Chinese version of Honda Vezel or HR-V (In Europe and US markets).
However Honda has made some changes to the XR-V compared to the Vezel and HR-V in other global markets. It features new headlamp housing along with turn indicators and fog lamps, circular AC vents, chrome lined grille in the front, redesigned slimmer tail lamps and bumpers. Coming to the dimensions, Honda XR-V is 4275mm long, 1770mm wide and 1605mm high, while the wheelbase is 2610mm.
Much more details regarding features and specifications are not yet available. However as per the reports obtained, Chinese Honda XR-V would be powered in two petrol variants with a displacement of 1.5-litre and 1.8-litre respectively.
