Honda CBR 650F now appears at dealership, ahead of its official launch

Honda Motorcycles is all-set to begin a new chapter in India with launch of the Honda CBR 650F motorcycle sometime this-month, ahead of its official launch the bike has been spotted at a dealership in Indore, last-month too the bike was seen doing laps at the Buddh International Circuit.

The CBR 650F was first showcased in India at the 2014 Auto Expo. Since then it has been the much awaited sportsbike from Honda stable in India, competing with the likes of Hyosung GT650R and Kawasaki Ninja 650. The CBR 650F is the first high-end motorcycle from Honda to match the Indian standards featuring a saree-guard.

This new 650cc middle sports model featuring sleek, sporty style and a completely new DOHC 4 cylinder 6-speed transmission engine with PGM-FI electronic fuel injection tuned for high torque in low-to-mid rpm range, especially below 4,000rpm. Enjoy thrilling Peak power of 86BHP at 11,000rpm and peak torque of 63Nm at 8,000rpm with well balanced high-quality chassis and standard-fit ABS.

As per the recent reports, HMSI will initially assemble 2 units per day with localization levels of about 5 percent at Honda’s facility in Manesar, Haryana. And will be sold through a Shop-In-Shop distribution format in around 20 priority cities across India. With the CBR 650F starting to arrive at the company’s showrooms it seems that bookings are set to begin very soon, closely followed by a official launch in India.
