India’s largest passenger car maker, Maruti Suzuki India has tied up with the global leader in satellite navigation, Garmin for providing personal navigation devices (PND) for their vehicles. The tie-up allows Garmin to increase its footprints across India and would also help MSIL customers with a world-class product and whole new experience of Navigation.
Garmin India launched nüvi 40LM and 50LM devices for the mass market, priced at Rs. 8450 and Rs. 9990 for nüvi 40LM and 50LM respectively. With the launch of nüvi 40LM and 50LM Garmin is making sure that people with limited use of GPS features should also enjoy the advantages of technology.
The company’s accessories division, Maruti Genuine Accessories (MGA) is the division that has been linked to Garmin navigation devices.
