Chevrolet is offering a lakh off on the base model of Spark as a limited offer valid on 250 Sparks which will be sold at 2.79 lakh (ex-Showroom, New Delhi). The price does not include add on other charges like Insurance, registration and Octroi (If you stay in a city like Mumbai) added to which the price will go a bit over 3 lakh mark.
The base variant of Chevrolet Spark features an Air conditioner, Beige interiors and tubeless tyres. With a fuel efficiency of ARAI rated 18klmpl, the Spark makes a decent city car with nice interiors and good space.
This strategy by Chevrolet could bring a chunk of Maruti Suzuki Alto lovers to their doors. The rival small car is a bit smaller in space and is available for a similar price. But the mileage seekers will still stick to the good old Alto. So, be a happyvaasi if you want a bigger space, an attractive look and price.
