Kia Sonet’s uncamouflaged images have surfaced online showing the rear end of the vehicle.
The Kia Sonet will receive twin-pod tail lamps, with a reflector strip extending across the tail gate, according to the latest photos. The car has a wide silver insert with a dual tone rear bumper. Remember that the bumper is located on the number plate.
The Kia Sonet has a tiny quarter glass cladding across the wheel arches at the rear and black plastic. The car seen in these pictures appears to be a lower version, because it has no alloy wheels. The particular model, however, does get air conditioning vents in the rear.
The Kia Sonet shares its Hyundai Venue platform. The Kia Sonet could also get the same engine choices as the Venue, in addition to sharing the underpinnings. Those include a 1.2-liter diesel engine, 1.0-liter turbo petrol, and 1.5-liter diesel. Transmission options could include a manual 6-speed, automatic dual-clutch 7-speed, and an iMT 6-speed with an integrated clutch.
On 7 August 2020, the production-spec of Kia Sonet will be officially unveiled.
