Kia India has started selling its cars online and delivering them to customers at their homes or offices because of the lockdown imposed across the country due to coronavirus outbreak. Now a professional based in Gurugram has become one of the first people to get his Seltos delivered.
On Kia’s official website, you can not only book the car online, but it also provides a option for buyers to request a test drive online portal. Both the Kia Carnival and the Kia Seltos are offered for a test drive through company website. They also promise to have the vehicles sanitized before they are deliver to customers.
Customers can choose the variant, colour, accessories and preferred dealership when booking. Those who have booked the car will have their booking status updated via a dashboard. Officials at the company will also get in touch with the financing options. Once the loan is approved, the purchase is reviewed by the customer and a delivery date and time is selected.
In India, Kia Motors currently has two models on offer – the Kia Seltos SUV and the Kia Carnival MPV. The company is expected to launch the Sonet compact SUV later this-year. After the launch, it is expected to compete with the likes of Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Maruti Vitara Brezza, and the Mahindra XUV300.
