2020 Tata Nexon facelift will be launched officially at the 2020 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The document sent to dealerships to update them about the changes coming in the facelifted model has been leaked online, courtesy of Team-BHP forum member SpideyBoy.
With a complete new face, this new Nexon will be revolutionary not only in terms of technology but will offer its customers with enhanced convenience in all aspects. The leaked document covers most of its information including exterior highlights, interior, features, and line-up models. It also indicates the approximate price hike.
The facelifted Nexon gets a redesigned grille and headlamps with twin-pods that have incorporated daytime running LED lights. With fog lamps and C-shaped inserts, new air dam with start-shaped inserts and a silver skid plate, the SUV gets a new front bumper. It has double-tone exterior and alloy wheels trimmed in diamond.
The new updated Tata Nexon’s petrol variants will cost up to INR 90,000 (ex-showroom) while their diesel versions will cost up to a whopping INR 1.4 lakh (ex-showroom) costlier. The outgoing Nexon petrol retails INR 6.73 lakh* to INR 10.34 lakh* for comparison, while the old Nexon diesel retails from INR 7.89 lakh* to INR 11.40 lakh*.
The XT+ variant will be discontinued from the upcoming 2020 models line-up. The range will include a total on 8 variants – XE, XM, XMA, XZ, XZ+, XZA+, XZ+ (O), and XZA+ (O).
The 2020 Nexon will be available in 6 different color choices including Foliage, Tectonic Blue, Flame Red, Pure Gold, Daytona Grey and Calgary White and none of them will restrict the use of a contrasting roof.
