Mahindra is getting ready to launch the facelifted XUV500 in the counry. The Mahindra XUV has been on sale in the country since 2011. The SUV has been the choice of many over these past four years and has enjoyed a pretty successful run because of the lack of competition in the segment it operates it and the high level of equipment it provides.
Exterior changes are only evident at front-fascia, the side and rear get minimal changes.
As seen in the spy pics, the XUV500 gets the majority of the progressions at the front. The new two-section headlamps get what resembles “L” moulded chrome embeds. There’s another chrome grille and the region underneath the headlamps get chrome embeds too. There’s likewise a revised chin that comprises of what resembles a faux aluminum skid plate which issues it greater amount of a SUV look.
The XUV500 facelift is speculated to launch next-month.
Proceeding onward to the sides, the main change noticeable on the overhauled XUV500 are the new 10-spoke alloy wheels which look sportier than those on the prior model. At the back, there are no obvious changes with the exception of the license plate casing having been expanded in size.
No mechanical changes, but could offer hybrid and AT variant with the facelifted XUV.
There is no news whether the redesigned XUV500 will get any mechanical changes or any progressions to its inside. We anticipate that Mahindra will launch the XUV500 facelift in May not long from now. It was time that the SUV got a refresh to keep the buzz going.
