Kawasaki Ninja H2 broke cover at the EICMA 2014 and the bike has been grabbing eye balls ever since them. The Ninja H2R derived bike comes with the moniker of being a ‘hypersport’ bike and its futuristic styling coupled with its engine promises a performance like none other. But the best part about the bike is the fact that the performance powerhouse is coming to India in early-2015.

Yes, you read it right. The Ninja H2 is coming to India with a launch in late January 2015 with the bike going on-sale in late February 2015 or early March 2015. The bike won’t come cheap and will set you back by Rs 32 lakh, on-road, New Delhi. At that price, what you get is the most powerful and probably the best looking automobile on two wheels.
The H2 comes with a LED headlight cluster and the fairing looks somewhat like it has been designed by space engineers. And yes, you do get some hints of the lime green colour scheme which means that it is still a Ninja. A lot of elements of the bike generate down-force and are designed by Kawasaki Heavy Industry’s aerospace company.
998cc four-cylinder engine fitted with Kawasaki supercharger for intense acceleration.
The bike is a single-seater and Kawasaki has ensured that the rider gets good lumbar support as it is quite essential considering the fact that it accelerates at a pretty brisk pace. The dual silencer at the rear with a stand-out tail light complete the perfect look of the motorcycle. What powers the Ninja H2 is a 998cc, liquid cooled, four-cylinder motor that is aided by a centrifugal type supercharger.
The company hasn’t revealed the India-specific power output of the bike but it would be over 220 Bhp. Kawasaki will also be providing the riders with aid about riding the bike better. ABS aided twin Brembo disc brakes with a single disc at the rear bring it to a halt. The bike showcases how far it has come from the rest of the pack and it truly is an engineering wonder.
