Piaggio India launches Vespa Esclusivo limited edition – Rs. 81,786/-

Italian two-wheeler manufacturer, Piaggio India has its first limited edition Vespa in India called – ESCLUSIVO and only 1,000 units of the scooter will be made. Priced at Rs. 81,786, the Vespa Esclusivo limited edition costs Rs. 4,000 more than the standard variant of the Vespa VX 125 priced at Rs. 77,897 (both prices mentioned on-road Pune).

Each of these 1,000 units will flaunt an Esclusivo badge with a number between 1 and 1,000 on the storage compartment lid located on the front apron. Furthermore, the Esclusivo gets some cosmetic changes, which set it apart from the standard Vespa VX 125. There are new body decals and graphics, black and silver alloy wheels and seats with a grey top and black sides theme.

Other standard features include tubeless tyres, front disc brake 200 mm ventilated, 140 mm rear drum brake, monocoque full steel body construction, aluminium cylinder head, auto ignition, chrome saddle handlebar, raised hand grip for pillion, 3 coat paint finish, alloys, chrome suspension, chrome exhaust, chrome mirrors and chrome grille.

The Vespa Esclusivo is available in three colours – Monte Bianco (white), Rosso Dragon (red) and Nero Matt (black). As Esclusivo limited edition is based on VX 125, it comes powered by the same 125 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled unit that produces 10 bhp @ 7500 rpm and 10.06 Nm of torque @ 6000 rpm. Like the standard VX, the Esclusivo uses a CVT automatic gearbox.
