Fiat India Organizes Plant Visit for its car owners - 001

Fiat India’s plant at Ranjangaon in Maharashtra, saw a gathering of over 200 Fiat cars and more than 600 Fiat car owners from all over India. Fiat has one of the most loyal customers, and inorder to ensure the positive word of mouth continues to flow, Fiat organized a plant visit for the Fiat car owners in Ranjangaon. People drove from all parts of the country, to see the plant.

The Italian car maker rightly called the visitors as Fiat loyalists and showcased them in person how the vehicles are manufactured. They were also taken to the Fiat Powertrain facility, which is one of the largest producers of 1.3-litre Multijet diesel engines in India. Audio-visual presentations of Fiat’s global stable of cars and upcoming models were showcased to these Fiat enthusiasts followed by a short quiz with awards for the extremely well informed owners. Fiat also hosted lunch for the owners at the plant, with background music played by a band of musicians to keep them entertained.

At the congregation, Enrico Atansio, MD of FGAIPL, said,  “In our humble attempt to reward Fiat loyalists, we have made arrangements for more than 600 car owners from across India to visit our state of the art Ranjangaon facility so that they can witness firsthand the technological process and precision with which their beloved Fiat cars are manufactured. We are extremely excited today as this gives Fiat a strong opportunity for consumer connect and engagement by amalgamating these Fiat brand loyalists into the unique Fiat culture.”

At the event, the company also announced a national referral program by which “Team Fiat India” member’s can get exciting benefits and rewards on Fiat products and services.
